Getting started is simple! First, sign up for a free account using your email and a secure password, or use your Google account. You'll receive a 7-day free trial for all subscription plans. Visit the Pricing page to view subscription plans and choose the one that best fits your trading needs. Once you select a plan, you can customize your experience level, and start journaling your trades and ideas right away!

Prismare offers three plans: Starter, Pro, and Advanced. Each tier provides additional features and resources designed for different trading styles. You can view detailed feature comparisons on our Pricing page. All plans include a 7-day free trial.

New users receive a 7-day free trial when they sign up. During the trial, you have full access to all features of your chosen plan and can explore the platform without any payment required. This allows you to experience the full capabilities of Prismare before committing to a subscription plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged. Keep in mind that changing your subscription plan during the trial ends the trial period immediately.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect immediately, not at the end of the billing cycle. Navigate to the Subscription section in your account settings to manage your plan. If you have any questions about changes to your subscription, visit your account dashboard or contact our support team.

The trading journal lets you document each trade with comprehensive details including the asset, direction, entry price, stop-loss, take-profit levels, timeframe, and detailed notes using our rich text editor. You can also track the status of each trade as it progresses (open, TP1, TP2, SL, or break-even). Our AI can analyze your entries to provide insights.

The Ideas feature allows you to create and track trading ideas before executing them. For each Idea, you specify the asset, timeframe, direction, trading style, risk level, and any additional notes. Ideas serve as your trading plan and can be linked to journal entries when you execute them. This helps you compare planned vs. actual trades.

Prismare provides intelligent analysis of your trades. Our AI can examine your journal entries, identify patterns in your trading behavior, analyze your decision-making process, and provide actionable insights to help improve your trading performance. The availability and depth of AI analysis depends on your subscription tier.

Mood Checks allow you to rate your psychological state before each trading session. You can assess dimensions like stress, confidence, and impulsiveness. These checks expire after 6 hours. By tracking your mood alongside your trades, you can identify patterns and correlations between your emotional state and trading performance. This insight can help you develop better trading discipline and make more informed decisions.

The AI Chat feature provides an interactive assistant for discussing your trading strategies, analyzing specific trades, and getting real-time trading insights. You can reset your chat history anytime. This is a great way to get instant feedback on your analysis and trading decisions.

Prismare features interactive charts powered by Lightweight Charts (similar to TradingView). You can view your Idea plotted on the chart, add technical indicators, and perform technical analysis.

Prismare uses Stripe for secure payment processing. All subscription payments are handled through Stripe's infrastructure, ensuring your financial information is protected. You can manage your billing information and payment methods through your subscription settings. All transactions are encrypted and PCI compliant.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Subscription section in the account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. You can reactivate a subscription at any time.

Yes. Your data is stored securely and encrypted during transmission. We follow industry-standard security practices and we never share your personal data without consent and comply with privacy regulations.

You can change your email or password from your Account settings. To change your email, you'll need to verify your new email address. To change your password, you'll need to provide your current password. If you forget your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page to reset it via email.

No problem! Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. The reset link is valid for a limited time for security purposes.

Currently, you can view and filter your trading journal entries, Ideas, and Mood Check history within the platform. If you need to export your data, please contact our support team and they can help you access your information in a compatible format.

You can request account deletion from your Account settings. Once you request deletion, your account will be deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. During this time, you can recover your account if you change your mind by simply logging back in. After the grace period, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our system.

Prismare is a web-based platform that works on any device with a web browser, including smartphones and tablets. While we don't have dedicated mobile apps, the responsive web design adapts beautifully to smaller screens for optimal mobile trading journal entry and analysis.

Your data is preserved when you downgrade. You'll retain access to all your past journal entries, Ideas, and Mood Checks. However, certain features available only on higher-tier plans may become unavailable. You can always upgrade again to regain access to those features.

Prismare does not provide specific investment advice. Our platform is designed to help you track your trading activities, analyze your performance, and develop better trading strategies. The decision to buy or sell any asset is entirely up to you. During the process of creating an Idea, you will specify whether you intend to buy or sell a particular instrument, but Prismare does not offer personalized investment recommendations.

Prismare does not have the capability to analyze your existing positions in real-time. The platform is designed for journaling and analyzing trades that you have executed or plan to execute. You can document your existing positions in the trading journal, but Prismare will not provide live analysis or recommendations for those positions.

Yes! When creating an Idea, you can specify the instrument, direction, trading style, and risk level. In the "Additional Info" step, you can provide instructions, strategies, and details about your setup. The AI can analyze this information and generate an Idea along with an Advanced Trade Analysis based on the provided data.

At the moment, Prismare does not directly analyze news or macroeconomic events. However, we plan to add this functionality in the future to help traders better understand the impact of these factors on financial markets.

Prismare does not currently account for spread, commission, slippage, or liquidity in its analysis. The platform focuses on journaling and analyzing your trades based on the data you provide. However, we are exploring ways to incorporate these factors into future updates to enhance the accuracy of our analysis.

In the trading journal, you can keep detailed records of your trades, including the asset, direction (long or short), entry price, stop-loss, take-profit levels, timeframe, and any additional notes. You can also track the status of each trade (open, partial profit, full profit, stop-loss, or break-even). Additionally, you can store screenshots and other relevant data that are important for your trading analysis. Prismare does not currently have a built-in feature to import trading history from brokers. However, you can manually document your trades in the trading journal. We are considering adding import functionality in the future to make this process easier.
